ET-GeoBank

ET-GeoBank is an online portal, functioning as an exploration tool for visualization, learning, regional view and collaboration in an exploration team. Multidisciplinary exploration data is visualized and integrated in an innovative and interactive way in ArcGis.

ET-GeoBank contains various thematic modules which gives opportunities to integrate and visualize subsurface data from Norwegian Continental Shelf and surrounding areas. The modules available pr date are:

Finds & shows (all public wells on the NCS in addition to UKCS wells along the border)
Porosity & permeability data from conventional and sidewall cores (1125 wells)

ET-GeoBank contains large amounts of public well data derived and processed from Diskos and other public sources both on the NCS and UKCS.

ET-GeoBank facilitates effective decision making in meetings between different professionals, management and partners, and allowes more interaction and learning across different diciplines within oil and gas companies.
